In regulation 28 of the Financial Assistance Scheme (Appeals) Regulations 2005 M1 (restriction on use of documents and information provided for investigations), in paragraph (3)(k), for “or third country central counterparty” substitute “ , third country central counterparty, recognised CSD, EEA CSD or third country CSD ”.
