In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014 M1 (prescribed persons), in the second column of the entry in the table relating to the Bank of England—
(a)
in paragraph (a) after “(including central-counterparties)” insert “ and central securities depositories ”;
(b)
in paragraph (c) after “securities settlement systems” insert “ and the internalised settlement of securities ”.
