Section 92 Sustainable developmentI1
Scotland
(1)
The persons mentioned in subsection (2) must, in exercising functions conferred on them by virtue of this Act, take into account the need to do so in a way that contributes to the achievement of sustainable developmentF1, including the achievement of the United Nations sustainable development goals.
(2)
Those persons are—
(a)
the Scottish Ministers;
(b)
the advisory body.
