Regulation 18 Withdrawal of a draft charging scheduleI1

publish a statement of that fact on its website;

give notice of that fact by local advertisement;

notify any person that was invited to make representations on the draft charging schedule of that fact; and

remove from its website and from the places at which they were made available any copies, documents, evidence and statements made available or published under regulation 16(1)(a) or (b).
