Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

• “the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993^f1;

• “the 2013 Act” means the Public Service Pensions Act 2013;

• “the new scheme” means the scheme established by regulation 2 of the Armed Forces Pension Regulations 2014^f2; and

• “old scheme” means an existing scheme listed in paragraphs 24 to 29 of Schedule 5 to the 2013 Act.
