Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993^f1;
“the 2013 Act” means the Public Service Pensions Act 2013;
“the new scheme” means the scheme established by regulation 2 of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme Regulations 2014^f2; and
“the old scheme” means the scheme constituted by regulations made under section 9 of the Superannuation Act 1972^f3.
