The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 M1 is amended as follows.

In section 36(11)(a) (disqualification until test is passed) M2, for “another” substitute “ an ”.

Section 36 was substituted by the Road Traffic Act 1991 (c. 40), section 32. Subsection (11)(a) was amended by S.I. 1996/1974, Schedule 2, paragraph 3(a) and (b).
