Article 18 Financial assistance

Northern Ireland

(1)

The Department may make grants or loans to any body or person for the purposes of or in connection with—

(a)

carrying out an air quality review;

(b)

carrying out an assessment under Article 11 F1...;

(c)

preparing and implementing an action plan; and

(d)

the assessment or management of the quality of air.

(2)

Grants or loans made by the Department under this Article—

(a)

shall be of such amounts; and

(b)

shall be made on such terms and conditions (including in the case of grants, conditions as to repayment),

as may be determined by the Department.
