Article 12 Rate-of-change-of-frequency withstand capability

An HVDC system shall be capable of staying connected to the network and operable if the network frequency changes at a rate between – F12.5 and + 2.5 Hz/s (measured at any point in time as an average of the rate of change of frequency for the previous 1 s).
