Paragraph 17 Biodiversity enhancement and management planI1

(1)

F1Within 12 months of the commissioning of the authorised development a written biodiversity enhancement and management plan shall be submitted to and, after consultation with Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, approved by the planning authority.

(2)

The plan submitted and approved must—

(a)

be in accordance with the F2relevant survey results and mitigation and enhancement measures included in chapter F314 of the environmental statement, the biodiversity strategy and the indicative landscaping strategy;

(b)

include an implementation timetable and details relating to maintenance and management.

(3)

The plan must be implemented as approved.
