Paragraph 21 Piling and penetrative foundation designI1

Each part of the authorised development must not commence until a written piling and penetrative foundation design method statement, informed by a risk assessment, for that part has been submitted to and, after consultation with the Environment Agency and Selby District Council, approved by the planning authority.

Piling or penetrative foundation works must not be carried out unless the relevant approved method statement concludes that the works will not result in an unacceptable risk to the groundwater within the Order limits.

All piling and penetrative foundation works must be carried out in accordance with the relevant approved method statement.
