(1)
The authorised development must not commence until a written fire prevention method statement has been submitted to and, after consultation with West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, approved by the planning authority.
(2)
The method statement submitted and approved must include—
(a)
a fire risk assessment;
(b)
details of fire detection and suppression measures;
(c)
the location of and accesses to all fire appliances in each major building and each storage area in the authorised development.
