Paragraph 35 Interference with telecommunicationsI1

In the event that the operation of the connection works or the transmission works gives rise to interference with telecommunications or television equipment at nearby residential properties, a scheme to rectify the situation in relation to the relevant works shall be submitted to the relevant planning authority for approval. The scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed by the relevant planning authority.
