Article 64E Maritime operator: failure to report maritime emissionsF1
(1)
A maritime operator is liable to a civil penalty where the maritime operator fails to submit (or to submit on time) a verified report of maritime emissions to the regulator, contrary to paragraph 14 of Schedule 2A.
(2)
The civil penalty is—
(a)
£20,000; and
(a)
a daily penalty at a daily rate of £500 for each day that the report is not submitted, beginning with the day on which the initial notice is given, up to a maximum of £45,000.
