Article 16 Status of footpaths created or improvedI1

With effect from the date on which the highway authority is satisfied that the footpaths specified in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 7 (status of footpaths created or improved) have been created or improved to the standard specified in F1a footpath implementation plan, the footpaths in question shall be deemed to have the status specified in column (3) of that Schedule.
