The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 22(2)(c), 26, 27(1)(a), (b) and (d), 28(5), 84, 128(6), (7) and (8), 129(4)(c), 131, 140(2)(a)f1 and 141(2) of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024f2, make the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 141(3) of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymruf3.
