Section 65 Land drainage regulations.

England and Wales

(1)

Each of the Ministers shall have power to make regulations—

(a)

for the purpose of prescribing anything which may be prescribed under this Act (other than under section 74 below); and

(b)

generally for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.

(2)

F1Subject to F2section 37(5ZH), F3section 37A(6) and (7), F4section 41A(13) and (14) and section 66A(4), the power to make regulations under this section or any other provision of this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
