Section 86 Modern limited duration tenancies: sublettingI1

The 2003 Act is amended as follows.

After section 7 insert—
“Subletting of modern limited duration tenancies
7AA tenant may sublet the land comprised in a lease constituting a modern limited duration tenancy only on such basis as the lease expressly permits.”.
