In regulation 8(1) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1998 M1 (young persons’ medical certificates), after “Medical Act 1983” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
