Paragraph 41 National Health Service (Choice of Medical Practitioner) (Scotland) Regulations 1998

In regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Choice of Medical Practitioner) (Scotland) Regulations 1998 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “doctor”, after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
