Paragraph 12 Landscape and ecology management planI1

No stage of the onshore works may commence until for that stage a landscape and ecology management plan has, following consultation with NRW, been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.

The landscape and ecology management plan must accord with the outline landscape and ecology management plan as appropriate for the relevant stage and must include details of an implementation timetable.

The landscape and ecology management plan must be implemented as approved for the relevant stage and managed in accordance with the details in the landscape and ecology management plan approved under sub-paragraph (1).

Onshore site preparation works must be carried out in accordance with the applicable details set out in the outline landscape and ecology management plan.
