Paragraph 18 Operational drainageI1

Work No. 22 must not commence until, for that work, an operation drainage management strategy has, following consultation with NRW, been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.

The operation drainage management strategy must accord with the outline operation drainage management strategy.

The written operation drainage management strategy must be implemented as approved, prior to final commissioning of Work No. 22a, and maintained during the operational lifetime of Work No. 22a.
