Paragraph 19 Skills and Employment planI1

No stage of the authorised project may commence until, after consultation with the relevant authorities, a skills and employment plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by Denbighshire County Council on behalf of the relevant authorities.

The skills and employment plan must accord with the outline skills and employment plan.

The skills and employment plan must be implemented as approved.

For the purposes of this requirement the “relevant authorities” are Denbighshire County Council, Conwy County Borough Council, Isle of Man Government, and the Isle of Anglesey County Council.
