Paragraph 164 Regulation of powers in relation to South Gare RoadI1

The undertaker must not exercise the powers granted under this Order so as to hinder or prevent access via South Gare Road to South Gare by PD Teesport and road users, such access to be either along the existing highway route at South Gare Road, or such diversionary route as the undertaker may provide (provided that such alternative route is equally commodious).
