Paragraph 165 Consent under this PartI1

Before commencing any part of the authorised development which may have an effect on the operation or maintenance of the PD Teesport operations or access to them, the undertaker must submit to PD Teesport the works details for the proposed works and such further particulars as PD Teesport may, within 28 days from the day on which the works details are submitted under this paragraph, reasonably require.
