Paragraph 232 Co-operationI1

Insofar as the Anglo American Specified Works are or may be undertaken concurrently with the Specified Works within the Shared Area, the undertaker must—

(a)

co-operate with Anglo American with a view to ensuring—

(i)

the co-ordination of programming of all activities and the carrying out of works within the Shared Area; and

(ii)

that access for the purposes of the construction and operation of the Woodsmith Project is maintained for Anglo American and its F1... employees, contractors and sub-contractors; and

(b)

use reasonable endeavours to avoid any conflict arising from the carrying out of the Respective Projects.
