(1)
No part of the authorised development shall be operated until scheme for the storage and handling of fire water has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2)
The scheme shall include details of—
(a)
the location and design of the dedicated fire water tank within the operations area; and
(b)
the kerb to be constructed around the operations area to retain spent fire water on-site prior to on-site treatment and/or removal.
(3)
The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to operation of Work No. 1.
