Article 18 Revocations

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the following (“existing Orders”) are revoked—

(a)

the Petroleum Stocks Order 1976 M1;

(b)

the Petroleum Stocks (Amendment) Order 1982 M2;

(c)

the Petroleum Stocks (Amendment) Order 1983 M3.

(2)

The existing Orders continue to have effect for the purpose of construing any direction given by the Secretary of State before the date on which this Order is made.
