(a)
paragraph 2 (appointment of members),
(b)
paragraph 4A (remuneration of members),
(c)
paragraph 6(1) and (2) (appointment and remuneration etc. of assistant Commissioners), and
(d)
paragraph 7 (appointment of other officers).
