Regulation 3 The competent authority and the enforcement authority

F1The competent authority for the purposes of these Regulations is —

(a)

in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

(b)

in Northern Ireland, the Department of F4Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs; and

(c)

in Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.

F5The competent authority is also the enforcement authority for the purposes of these Regulations.
