Paragraph 110 Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order 1996I1

In paragraph 35(5) of the Schedule to the Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order 1996 ^f1 (model rules for appeals) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
