Regulation 23 Revocations

The following are revoked—

(a)

the Poultry Meat (Water Content) (Scotland) Regulations 1983;

(b)

the Poultry Meat (Water Content) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1984 M1; and

(c)

in the Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 1990 M2—

(i)

article 9; and

(ii)

in Part 1 of Schedules 1 and 3 and Schedule 4, the reference to the Poultry Meat (Water Content) (Scotland) Regulations 1983.
