Article 6 Bearing of expenses in connection with inspection and testing of works for construction of private streets

for the words “recovery of any expenses incurred by the Department” there shall be substituted “bearing of any expenses”; and

in head (i) after the words “carrying out of” there shall be inserted “inspections,”.
