Section 34 Recovery of local loan after the expiration of term for repayment.F3
United Kingdom
The expiration of the period within which a F1local loan is made repayable (whether such period is the full period allowed by this or the special Act or a shorter period) shall not in any way affect any power of the F2Treasury of recovering or enforcing payment of any sum due in respect of such loan.
