TRANSPORT

Laid before Parliament 20th July 2006

Coming into force 1 October 2006

The Secretary of State, makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 248(4) of the Transport Act 2000 f1.

In accordance with section 248(5) of that Act he has consulted the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee and with such other representative organisations as he thinks fit.
