Regulation 7 Application of certain provisions of the Act with modifications
In its application to a recognised investment exchange that is also a recognised auction platform, Part 18 (recognised investment exchanges F1clearing houses and CSDs) of the Act, apart from Chapter 3A M1, has effect with the modifications set out in Schedule 2.
