Paragraph 4 Secondary evidence (Category B)F1
For the purposes of paragraph 1(3)(b), the items of Category B evidence are—
(a)
dated feasibility studies;
(b)
detailed, dated architectural drawings of the site showing the location of the plant;
(c)
detailed dated system schematics or technical drawings of the plant;
(d)
dated evidence of a room-by-room heat loss assessment;
(e)
dated evidence of intended heat use.
