Paragraph 17 Temporary external lightingI1

No stage of the authorised project may commence until details of any temporary external lighting to be installed at that stage, including measures to prevent light spillage, have been submitted to and approved, in writing, by the relevant planning authority.

The details must include and take account of any consultation responses from the highway authority.

Any temporary external lighting must be installed in accordance with the approved details.

Any submission to vary the approved details must include copies of and take account of any consultation responses from the highway authority.
