Section 16A (conditions as to matters required to be notified) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a), for “section 14(1)” substitute “section 14ZA(2)”.

(3)

In subsection (1)(b)—

(a)

omit “relevant”;

(b)

for “section 14(1)(a) or (c)” substitute “section 14ZA(3)(a) and (b)”.

(4)

Omit subsection (2).
