Article 27 Statutory undertakersI1

The undertaker may—
(a)
acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans within the Order limits and described in the book of reference;
(b)
extinguish the rights of and remove or reposition apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers in, on or over land shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference; and
(c)
acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference.
