Paragraph 28 Enactments and agreements

Save to the extent provided for to the contrary elsewhere in this Part of this Schedule or by agreement in writing between National Grid and TfL, nothing in this Part of this Schedule affects the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between TfL and National Grid in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to TfL on the date on which this Order is made.
