Paragraph 29 Co-operation

National Grid and TfL must use their best endeavours to co-ordinate with each other on the timing and method of execution of any works carried out under this Order or this Part of this Schedule in the interests of safety and the efficient and economic execution of the authorised development and taking into account the need to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the other party's operations.
