Paragraph 3 Phases of authorised developmentI1

(1)
The authorised development must not be commenced until a written scheme setting out the phases and sequencing of construction of the authorised development has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority.
(2)
The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the phasing scheme approved pursuant to sub-paragraph (1).
