Paragraph 24 Submissions and approvalsI1

Where, under any requirement, approval of any plans, details, schemes or other documents is required, the plan, details, scheme or other documents submitted for approval must be in writing.

Where under any requirement the approval or agreement of the discharging authority or another person is required, that approval or agreement must be provided in writing.

A copy of any approval or amendment to an approval issued under these requirements by a discharging authority other than the relevant planning authority must be copied to the relevant planning authority at the same time as it is issued to the undertaker.
