Paragraph 203 I1

The following paragraphs 204 and 205 shall only apply if—

(a)

Exolum fails to comply with its obligations under paragraph 202 to remove any redundant apparatus; and

(b)

the undertaker has served notice on Exolum specifying the default; and

(c)

Exolum has failed to remedy the default within 28 days.
