The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1)(c) and (3), 7(3)(a), 32 and 42(2) of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012 f1.
In accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992f2, the Secretary of State has referred the proposals for these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.
