Section 17AA (water supply licences: restrictions on grants) (as substituted by section 1) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1), after paragraph (b) there is inserted—
“(ba)the Welsh Ministers;
(bb)the Chief Inspector of Drinking Water for Wales if there is one;”.
(3)
Subsection (2) is repealed.
(4)
In subsection (5), paragraphs (b) and (c) are repealed.
