In section 4 (meaning of “designated consumers”), in subsection (3)—

(a)

for “or a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ , a water supply licensee or a sewerage licensee ”;

(b)

for “its capacity” there is substituted “ the undertaker's or licensee's capacity ”.
