Section 25 (enforcement by regulator of section 24 notice) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for “its capacity” there is substituted “ the person's capacity ”.

In subsection (3), in the table, for “or licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ , water supply licensee or sewerage licensee ”.

In subsection (7), for “or licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ , water supply licensee or sewerage licensee ”.
