Coming into force 1st April 2015

The Secretary of State for Defence makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1)^f1 and (2)(h)^f2, 2(1)^f3, 3(1) to (4), and 18(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013^f4.

In accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with consent of the Treasury.
